Our support staff visit personal residences and small/home offices to perform PC setups, to provide operational support and to install and configure their network devices and peripherals.

The service is available nationwide.

We are a pioneer in this service field, and provide on-site support services for up to 17,000 (as of 2010) incidents per month, in response to requests directly received from individual customers and/or indirectly through corporate clients.
