Our framework

Staff assessment
The level of service provided to the customer by our staff (quality provided) is defined and measured based on a certification system.
We use customer satisfaction questionnaires to monitor any discrepancies with the level of service required by the customer (quality expected) and manage any issues via the PDCA cycle. We also provide feedback to our clients in the form of customer comments in order to help improve customer service.

We operate a VAS-based security management in the interests of protecting personal information.
