2017 marks the 20th anniversary of our founding in 1997. Our being able to mark this occasion is due to your support and I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude.

Recent years have seen the dissemination of technologies such as IoT and AI. As the permeation of ICT in society advances, we have reached an age in which ICT utilization is a prerequisite to market engagement. At the same time, corporate ICT systems grow increasingly complex, requiring significant labor to provide sufficient operational support. With the growing emphasis on work-at-home jobs and the promotion of workstyle reform, this situation is expected to affect both the workplace and the home. We cannot deny the potential for increased ICT-related stress and the subsequent creation of a layer of society that is left behind in the ICT revolution.

Looking to resolve such problems, we apply our two core technical businesses - onsite support and contact center support - to provide support service solutions. We excel at using combining onsite support and contact center support to provide speedy technical support. We are confident that the experience and knowledge we have accumulated over the years will be of greater benefit than ever in the current age of ICT.

The Q&A Group provides multi-faceted services to meet the needs of today. Our services include marketing services such as planning and operational support for internet sales contact centers and BPO services. We also provide multi-language call center services that will ensure global support ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games. And through our integration support services, the Q&A Group is supporting robotic process automation (RPA), advanced digital labor technology being applied to workstyle reform, a key theme related to diversity management.
